Layaway Policy

Karen's Collectors Cottage, Inc. & Art Gallery is pleased to offer our customers a generous layaway plan for your purchases. Collectibles are treasures meant to be enjoyed and passed along to future generations. We realize that some collectibles are very expensive and can make it difficult for buyers to afford. For this reason we offer a simple layaway plan to meet the needs of our loyal customers. With a small deposit, you can make your purchase and continue with monthly payments designed to fit your budget. Karen's Collectors Cottage, Inc. & Art Gallery will reserve your layaway item until it is paid in full. We will then promptly follow your shipping instructions to ship your item to you.

Please note that layaway does obligate you to purchase, but if for some reason you are unable to complete the layaway, then you may use the amount you have paid toward the purchase of another item. All layaway payments are due on the 15th of each month. Karen's Collectors Cottage, Inc. & Art Gallery does not offer refunds, but we will gladly apply your deposit toward another in-stock item of your choice. Most layaway programs charge a 10% restocking fee if the customer does not complete their layaway purchase. Karen's Collectors Cottage, Inc. & Art Gallery charges only a 5% restocking fee to cover administrative costs. Contact us for more information.
